Our esteemed client group of company in the Banking, Financial Services, and General Insurance domain is looking for a high calibre  Group Talent Acquisition Manager  with the following details JD qualifications are below:

Group Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in a relevant discipline (ideally an MBA from HR Management / Psychology)
  • Min. 10 years experience in talent acquisition with min 5 years in a managerial capacity as a Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Expert level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including: search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and on boarding. 
  • Experience working with executive search-Head hunting agencies; testing/assessments and vendor selection
  • Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment 
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, persuasive, leadership and negotiation skills to interact with all levels of management, staff and external vendors.
  • Solid systems skills and strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media, job boards and other recruiting technologies. 
  • An ability to think strategically with a common sense approach.
  • Solid process orientation and have superior attention to detail. 
  • Expert knowledge of employment laws, interviewing techniques, corporate recruitment processes, and recruitment strategies.
  • Outstanding and proven people management skills. 
  • Proven experience in achieving staffing and workforce planning targets.
  • Provides strategic leadership within organization regarding all matters pertaining to talent acquisition
  • Leads efforts to anticipate staffing needs and develops appropriate strategy
  • Serves as internal expert on all affairs related to talent acquisition
  • Implements and manages best-in-class practices for attracting and selecting top talent
  • Drives initiatives to optimize candidate sourcing using both traditional and social media
  • Ensures timely acquisition of talent across all job groups
  • Oversees employer branding efforts to properly position company within the job markets
  • Builds and sustains high levels of engagement and teamwork within talent acquisition group and promotes their professional development
  • Partners with training to ensure that hiring managers have skills necessary to effectively select top talent and take accountability for hiring outcomes
  • Establishes and monitors metrics for tracking timeliness, efficiency, and quality of job candidates
  • Personally handles complex and/or key managerial job openings as necessary
  • A strong understanding and experience of emerging markets,
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A track record (up by references) of excellent project management and communications skills
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills, detail-orientation, and a proficiency with reporting tools and databases 
  • Must possess the ability to influence senior leaders 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately 
  • The right persona to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritise as business needs evolve
  • A process driven, highly organized and analytical way of working and be able to manage deadlines effectively. Be a 'completer-finisher' with proven delivery experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • A strong work ethic and be a self-starter. A high energy level with entrepreneurial flair and the determination to make a real impact on business performance
