Our esteemed client group of company in the Banking, Financial Services, and General Insurance domain is looking for a high calibre  HR - Compensation & Benefits Manager with the following details JD qualifications are below:

HR - Compensation & Benefits Manager


  • Master's Degree majoring in Human Resource Management / Psychology / Economics / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
  • At least 10 to 12 years of of Core knowledge and actual hands on experience in terms of formulating up to date remuneration, benefits and rewards programs and schemes that is aligned and 100% compliance as per local labor law provisions working experience in the related field is required for this position, and min 5 years as Compensation & Benefits Manager
  • A proven record of success in rewarding management
  • Proven track record in terms of Total rewards and remuneration initiatives and programs as per previous employment.
  • Preferably Managers / Senior Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent job role in Compensation & Benefits or General HR.
  • Employment Law - Thorough understanding of HR practices and principles including applicable labor, pay and benefits laws and regulations is necessary. 
  • Analytical Skills - Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to interpret data, build useable spreadsheets, summarize results and make recommendations. Reviews and evaluates current program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements. Identified areas for improvement and proactively propose and lead change. Stays abreast of changes and/or best practices in field and identifies implications or opportunities for the company.
  • Superior financial, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Can effectively lead a team, keen to details and demonstrates sense of urgency
  • Has aptitude for systems and numbers
  • Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft applications software
  • Has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
  • Exceptional analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data
  • Must have previous budgeting experience
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills
  • Must be a problem solver and be able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to adjust priorities rapidly
  • Ability to develop and support high-performing teams
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Strong leader with the ability to interact and influence others effectively – within HR, at the executive level and cross functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to be seen as the internal expert with senior management, including the ability to build credible relationships quickly
  • Strong business acumen, allowing for effective interface with business leaders
  • Very good in details
